What types of software do you build?
We build custom business systems, industry‑specific platforms (e.g., employment agency, warehouse, eyewear POS, optometry), and productivity tools (e.g., Today Assign). We also offer a ready‑to‑use all‑in‑one system called Starting Point.
Who are your typical clients?
Small to medium‑sized enterprises in Hong Kong, across industries such as logistics, retail, employment services, food & beverage, and professional services. We also work with larger corporations and startups.
Do you only serve Hong Kong?
Our core team is based in Hong Kong. We primarily serve Hong Kong clients, but we have also worked with companies in other regions.

Pricing & Contracts

How much does a custom system cost?
Costs depend on complexity, features, and integrations. A simple system may start around HK$100,000, while larger enterprise solutions can be higher. We provide a detailed quote after understanding your requirements.
Do you offer monthly subscriptions for custom software?
For custom‑built software, we usually charge a one‑time development fee plus optional ongoing support. However, some of our products (e.g., Starting Point, Today Assign) are available on a monthly rental basis.
What are the contract terms?
For products, we offer month‑to‑month or longer‑term contracts. For custom projects, we use fixed‑price or time‑and‑materials contracts, depending on the scope.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We are transparent about all costs from the outset. Any additional work outside the original scope will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.
What is your cancellation policy?
For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. For custom projects, cancellation terms are defined in the contract – typically you pay for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Implementation & Timeline

How long does it take to implement a product?
Our off‑the‑shelf products (Starting Point, Today Assign, etc.) can be set up in as little as three working days. Custom projects typically take 3–6 months, depending on complexity.
Will my team need training?
Yes, and we provide it. Training can be on‑site or remote, and we provide user manuals and video tutorials. We also offer a handover period where we support your team as they start using the system.

Data Security & Privacy

Where is my data stored?
All data resides in secure, Hong Kong‑based data centres with physical and network security. For custom solutions, you can also choose your own hosting provider.
Is my data kept separate from other clients?
Yes. Every client has a dedicated database. Your data is never mixed with any other company's data. This is a fundamental principle of our architecture.
